I just read this article from the Washington Post.....how outrageous can these people be? Thousands of Americans are out of jobs and they want to pay out money to criminals, that the Government gave them to keep their company afloat. Screw them. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

Border Patrol Agent Trial
For nearly two years U.S. Border Patrol Agent Nicholas Corbett has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Manslaughter, and Negligent Homicide in the death of Francisco Dominguez-Rivera, an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT from Mexico.

My discussion here is not to the fact that Mr. Corbett is guilty or innocent, it's to how much time and money the government is spending trying to prosecute him. The fact is, it's sad that someone died, but, had he not been crossing the border illegally, he wouldn't be dead. Living on the border, we see illegal immigrants every day, trying to move north to a better life. Well, I for one am damn sick and tired of it. The U.S. Government and it's newly elected President need to get their shit together and put a stop to this madness. Yes, this country was built on immigration, but LEGAL immigration. Not a bunch of slack asses coming here with criminal records. Did you know that nearly all of these illegal immigrants are getting free health care, free food stamps, free pay (they pay no taxes) and they are taking jobs from willing Americans. It burns me up to know that our health care system is such a mess and they could care less, because all they do is walk into the emergency room and get free treatment. This in itself could be the reason our system is in so much trouble. How about identity theft? Don't get me started, that is another sore subject.
We need to write, call, visit, (or whatever it takes) to our elected officials and tell them to fix this problem. Even if it means we put a friggin wall all the way around the country. Illegal Immigration is ILLEGAL.

Today - 11/5/08
Does anybody else think we just made the biggest mistake in history? How is a country that has so many lazy, gutless people already ever going to get it's act together with a socialist government? I understand that we have issues, but the thing that has always made this country great is it's people.
Over the past several years I have noticed how much the people of this country have regressed. It's every man and woman for themselves. What ever happened to helping your neighbor or being a friend. It seems like all people want to do is screw their neighbors and friends.
